Wanna Learn How I Achieve This LOOK ?

• Apply a base /primer all the way to the brow bone and also under the lower lash line .
• Take a fluffy brush and out line your crease area using a purple shade , I used Swagger Cosmetics in Beiber Fever.
• Take the same color as above and really deepen the purple shade using windshield wiper motions.
• Next take a flat eyeshadow brush and a blue eyeshadow , I used Swagger Cosmetics in Swagger and apply to the lid leaving the inner corner naked " Be sure to tap your brush before packing Swagger on to the eye lid", also drag to blue eyeshadow down to the lower lashline .
• Now using a small tapered brush and blend the purple shade and blue shade into the crease , really making the crease look dark blue .
• Take a small flat brush  and a white shimmer white eyeshadow , I used Swagger Cosmetics in Rad Bitch and applied it to the inner corner " dampen the brush if you would like a more shimmery effect" also blend the white shadow alone the purple shadow blending the purple into the brow bone and alone the lashing line blending the 2 colors together .
• Clean up any fall out you might have.
• Apply eye liner & mascara , and of course if you want a more dramatic look apply lashes !
