Texture/Pigmentation
2nd Love Pout Plumping Lip Glosses have a very smooth and creamy texture but do have a tiny tingling feel since they do contain peppermint of some sort which give you the pumping affect , however this is not a sticky , but a semi-thin formula. The pigmentation is very light , the colors are very sheer but still give you that light pop of color and a light glossy look , these can be worn with or without lipstick , but if you want the gloss to pop more of course glam it up with a fun lipstick underneath ,2nd Love cosmetics has some awesome colors !!!
Staying Power
These honestly don't have the best staying power , they lasted about about 1-2 hours for me , but if you apply with a lipstick you will get about 2-4 hours , of course if you drink ,eat and so on you will notice that the gloss will come off pretty quick , however the plumping feel lasted pretty long , about 3 hours my lips stay looked plump , and the tingling feel lingers but you don't notice after a few min , but your lips will have the cool affect like when you eat a bunch of mint and you feel like your mouth is on menthol heaven !!
Scent
I love the scent , I' am a be fan of peppermint , these pumping gloss have a very mild peppermint scent /taste , the scent does fade very quickly once applied , but the taste doesn't !
Price/ Packaging
The packaging is very simple it is a med size bullet shape tube with cursive text on the tube , the tube does list there color on the bottle , also the lip gloss has the normal doe foot applicator. 2nd Love Pout Plumping Lip Glosses retail for $4.99 USD for 0.20 fl oz , they also come in 6 different colors.
My Thoughts- I really enjoyed these glosses , I love the texture/formula , and I like that these are a very light gloss , and not something super heavy that feels like your wearing the entire tube of lip gloss , I do like how it give you a nice plump look to you lips without making it looked like you have had cosmetic surgery. I do enjoy that 2nd love cosmetic is a great budget friendly company that is for the everyday person trying to stretch a buck for quality products .
