Thoughts-I am a pretty big fan of ELF cosmetics. Their prices are super cheap AND great on the quality of their products , but i would not buy this product again , to me it just one of mascara that you would carry if your traveling or just for touch up , nothing super great about it , I mean what could you really ask for , it was only a buck.
