Opacity: All these are pretty much opaque after using 2 coats if you use a white polish underneath , Essies does state to use Blanc as a base to make the color more viberant , however I did notice even with the white polish as a base that 2 shade did stick out to me that they need an extra coat ,Dj Play That Song & Shake Your $$ Maker are both 3 coat polishes.
Formula: To many Essie is a hit or miss polish , some say that there formula shiftss depending on the polish , but Ive never experienced that , but I did notice that some of the shade were thinner/ watery then others from the Essie lines(Saturday Night Disco & Dj Play That Song) but beside that all the other color in this collection are nice formula like any other Essie collection . Essie 2013 Neon Collection does dry matte since they are a neon formula.
Price: Essie nail polish retails for $8.00 at most retailer , however I only paid 4 dollars for mine from Salon Centric .
My Thoughts: This is my favorite Essie collection ever , I love the colors , this neon collection is way better the previously neon collection they have , the colors are so bright a vibrant this is a must have collection for everyone , if you can get the whole collection , get it cause if you dont your gonna regret not having all these awesome shades !
