Hard Candy Matte-ly In Love Top Coat

I am a HUGE fan of Hard Candy. . I've always wanted to try the Hard Candy Matte-ly In Love Top Coat it only  about  $4-6 dollars depending on where your from, So i tried it out over a black polish and i got say if def a keeper... it only took one coat of this top coat and it was super matte, if you can find this in you area i highly recommend to pick it up.
