Influenster Bride-to-Be VoxBox Review

After much anticipation, I received my Blushing Bride  VoxBox from Influenster on Monday !  Influenster is a site I discovered  almost a year ago,  that sends out products in what they call VoxBoxes to members who are active on social media.  Basically, they send you themed products free of charge in exchange for you promoting the brands via blogging, vlogging, tweeting, etc.  Sounded like a great plan to me!

My Thoughts-  I did find the easy place strings a useful feature - I liked that you could move the string up and down to get a precise application. I'm not entirely sure I liked the style of lash - I think they look nice from the side and when you look down, but I like something a little more fluttery when looking straight on.I would definitely buy these again. The plus side is that the strings can be re threaded through the loop. I initially thought they would be one use after being pulled out. But after threading through the tiny loop after use, they're set up for the next application.

My Thoughts-The only sleep aid I've found without a hungover feeling in the morning. I wake up refreshed instead of groggy and tired. Walgreens is the best price I've found too. Good sleep in a shot.This flavor is a combination of pomegranate and blueberries is not like other flavors I’ve experienced with this combo. It’s very mild flavor is pleasantly surprising. It’s not sour or tart at all.

My Thoughts-Having the rescue remedy in a piece of gum is very convenient and inconspicuous if you're out and about. Chew it slowly and mindfully, so the liquid is released slowly. By the time the flavor is gone, it will have served its purpose. If you're just looking for a piece of gum, this isn't for you.

My Thoughts-I just love the packaging. It looks so modern and unique. It's great that the shampoo and conditioner come in different sizes as that's an easy way to tell which ones which before picking it up in the shower. The shampoo is the taller one while the conditioner in the shorter one. For me though I'd prefer more conditioner than shampoo as that's the one I use most of. The consistency is like a thick gel. I love that it's really thick and you can really control how much you squeeze out onto your hand. I love that this shampoo doesn't contain SLS but it still lathers really well. The lathering doesn't dry out my hair. My hair is really damaged from colouring so usually lathering it up will cause my hair to go into a massive beehive looking knot but this one doesn't do that at all. I was very surprised and happy about it. This shampoo smells a bit strange and I'm not sure what the scent is but it is a pleasant smell. I can only say it reminds me of a hairdresser salon. The shampoo gives a really good clean without drying. I'm very happy with the overall performance and would purchase this in future.

Schwarzkopf BC Repair Rescue  Conditioner 

What They Say About It 

•   De-tangles damaged hair, improves strength and elasticity, For strong , smooth and manageable hair full of shine. 

My Thoughts-This stuff is loaded with silicone oils which result in greasy hair after a few uses. It will weigh your hair down and coat it in these oils. My hair would not even dry after several uses of it. It smells awful too--overpowering. Maybe good for severely damaged hair that is thick but no good for my dry but fine, thin, curly hair. I have found it is better to condition with natural ingredients, like shea. After my hair began to turn out terrible, I Googled these oils and learned that my experience with them is typical. You really need the right kind of hair to use this product. Pump is nice, and that is all that I find good about it. It's going on my shelf of never-to-use again products.

What They Say About It

•  This is the ideal product to finish a perfect care service. It is the extra infusion to prevent split ends and to leave them looking healthy and shiny .

My Thought- Best product I have ever tried for making my ends so smooth, healthy and shiny! I've been using this on my ends for a long time now and cannot rave enough! LOVE! if you have split ends this is literally a life saver. I have fine but medium thick hair and it does not make it feel greasy or weighed down. Smells good too!
