**This polish is composed of pink, silver, and magenta glitter suspended in a clear base. I like to use three coats for some major sparkle! It dries fairly fast, but wait a little between coats to avoid cuticle drag.This nail polish has a lot of glitter. You can use it as a polish on its own and not just as a top coat. It goes on thick and gloppy, and the brush is cheap. It does dry rather fast, considering how thick it applies. And it does not have that rough feel as many other glitter polishes do.
