One Direction's New Makeup Line ( Take Me Home Collection) !

I received the Take Me Home by One Direction, in exchange for honest review from BrandBacker!

Flaunt your inner rocker girl, party girl or girl next door, with this prestige cosmetics line inspired by One Direction's globe-conquering albums. 

 
 There are three sets in the new line, and each one is named after one of 1D's albums: Midnight Memories, Up All Night, and Take Me Home ( which is below). Both the colors and metal brick tin packaging are really edgy and cool.  Each individual products in the sets were named using their song titles, like "Last First Kiss" lipstick and "C'mon C'mon" eyeshadow

 “Little Black Dress”-Volumizing mascara in perfectly black 

Honestly , Im not impressed with this mascara, there is nothing special about it nor does it do what I thought it would do ( Add Voulme ). This mascara is very thin and just your standard black mascara , the brush is also your normal standard brush that you would get in any cheap mascara bottle , if there is anything I could change about this set it would be this mascara , I didn't see the hype with it , but each there own!

 

“Kiss You”-Liquilights Glow Gloss: Orange glitter rush lip gloss that glows neon yellow under UV light

I think this lip gloss is brilliant ,how many lip glosses do you own that changes colors with UV light ! Kiss You is a  glittery lipgloss that glows to neon yellow under UV light , the gloss is pretty sheer however the gloss does have a  semi sticky consistency  , but a very sweet scent! This gloss is perfect to rock out with at any concert!

 

“I Wish”-Chocolate brown eye and body crayon

This crayon is super pigmented and glides on really nicely but kinda has an oil texture .  I love the color payoff and it can also be used as a base for a super bronze smokey look or just as a standard brown shadow , however primer is a must , it will crease if you have oily skin , I find it work best with a base then a primer.

4+1 Eye Shadow Palette 

This palette includes 4 nude shades and a glitter creme.

Back For You - velvet creme, Change My Mind - peachy shimmer, C'Mon C'Mon- soft taupe, Little Things - smoky brown, Take Me Home - golden glitter

 The best product in this collection, I am very impressed with the shadows, they are soft, buildable shades with nice pigmentation in one swipe , I love that you can create a great soft natural look all in one easy palette ! The shadows are very long lasting and dont fade at all , please the glitter is a super cream gel based shadow that can add the prefect pop of shimmer to any eye look , if you like natural color this is made for you! This was a HIT for the collection .

“Live While We’re Young”-Multi-dimensional gold glitter nail polish

Eh !  Like I need anymore nail polish , but hey im not complaining because I love this polish and I love glitter nail polish ! This is a gorgeous clear polish with different size and color hex ( rose gold, gold, green and blues) and  colored glitters.  This would be a beautiful topper over your favorite nail polish. I loved it over Blue & Pink polishes !

“Last First Kiss”-Nude-pink sheer lipstick

 I do have to say I wasnt to impressed with this product either , I wanted to love it badly because this is my go to lip color and I was so excited to wear it , however mine came broken :( . This look  super pigmented in the tube, but it actually is super sheer and I would consider it more of a tinted gloss , even though it isnt as pigmented as I would like , it is super great gloss to just throw in your bag when you need a quick wash of color on your lips or just need some shine over a matte lipstick , it does glide on smoothly and give you a great shine.
