What You Will Need
- 2-3 Tbsp Cooked Or Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 1-2 Tbsp Raw Or Organic Honey
- 1-2 Tbsp Milk ( Soy /Coconut/Almond)
- Optional Ingredients Below
- Mixing Bowl , Spoon , Measuring Spoons
- For dry skin: Add a bit of honey, which not only acts as a humectant, but also provides antiseptic properties through the natural sweetener , however you can also add one teaspoon heavy whipping ( moisturizer) or one teaspoon of brown sugar( exfoliates) .
- For oily skin: For an astringent effect, mix in a splash of apple cider or cranberry juice.
Gently mix all the ingredients together until creamy .Smooth over and clean damp face avoid mouth and eyes . Relax and wait 15 to 25 mins rinse and pat dry , also don't forget to apply the appropriate moisturizer for your skin type apply moisturizer to suit your skin type.You most likely will have some left over , don't toss it just cover it up or put in a seal-able container and you for next time
